Andrea Gold, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Executive Director

Dr. Gold has served as the Executive Director at The Bay School since March 2010. Dr. Gold joined The Bay School team in 2006 as the Director of Education, where she oversaw all educational programming and clinical services.

Dr. Gold has been working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities for 20 years. She received her MA in Clinical and Behavioral Applications in Mental Health Settings from Queens College and her Ph.D. in Learning Processes from the Graduate Center City University of New York. Since moving to California in 2006, she has been an active member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA), serving on the CalABA Board of Directors and the CalABA Conference Committee. In addition, Dr. Gold is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), and the California Association of Private Special Education Schools (CAPSES).

Dr. Gold is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D).

Laura Noland, BCaBA

Interim Director of Education

Ms. Noland has served as the Interim Director of Education at The Bay School since April 2010. Ms. Noland joined The Bay School team in 2003, and has had numerous roles within our organization, including Instructor, Senior Instructor, and Teacher of the Upper Elementary and Middle School Classrooms.

Ms. Noland has her moderate/severe special education credential and is currently completing her MA in Education at California State Monterey Bay. She completed her BCaBA coursework through the University of North Texas and is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Ms. Noland is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA), Association for Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Jennifer Parra

Teacher

Ms. Parra has served as Teacher Trainee at The Bay School since January 2011 and joined The Bay School team in 2010. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BS in Neuroscience.

Ms. Parra has her moderate/severe special education credential.

Jessie Raders

Teacher

Ms. Raders has served as Teacher of the Early Elementary Classroom since November 2007 and joined The Bay School team in 2004 as an instructor. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Psychology. Ms. Raders graduated from California State Monterey with an MA in Education.

Ms. Raders has her moderate/severe special education credential. She completed her BCaBA coursework through Southern Illinois University.

Ms. Raders is member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

 

Alison Gourley

Teacher

Ms. Gourley has served as Teacher of the Middle School Classroom since February 2011. Allison joined The Bay School team in 2008 as an instructor. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Education.

Ms. Gourley is pursuing her moderate/severe special education credential at California State Monterey Bay, and is in the process of completing her BCaBA coursework through Fitchburg State University .

Ms. Gourley is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Courtney Wolff

Teacher

Ms. Wolff has served as Teacher of the High School Classroom since January 2009, and joined The Bay School team in 2006 as an instructor. She graduated from Southampton College with a BS in Biology.

Ms. Wolff has her moderate/severe special education credential. She completed her BCaBA coursework through Fitchburg State University.

Ms. Wolff is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Stephanie Haas, M.Ed., BCaBA

Teacher

Ms. Haas has served as Teacher of the Vocational Classroom since February 2008, and joined The Bay School team in 2003 as an instructor. She has been instrumental in shaping state of the art vocational programming for students aged 15-22. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Community Studies with an emphasis in Sexuality Education and HIV prevention. Ms. Haas graduated from California State Monterey with an M.A. in Education.

Ms. Haas has her moderate/severe special education credential and completed her BCaBA coursework through Fitchburg State College.

Ms. Haas is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA) and the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI).

Julieanne Salisbury

Teacher Trainee

Ms. Salisbury has served as Teacher Trainee at The Bay School since August 2011 and joined The Bay School team in 2008. She graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a BA in Environmental Studies and British Literature.

Ms. Salisbury is pursuing her moderate/severe special education credential at California State University Monterrey Bay.
